The menu features classic and creative dishes inspired by Chef Sandoval’s Mexican heritage and regional travels. To start, fill your table with antojitos - fresh Mexican ceviches, Argentinean empanadas and anticuchos from Peru are among the selection. Main dishes showcase the exciting - and ongoing - evolution of Latin cuisine. Traditional Coconut Adobo Chicken is served alongside contemporary Chaufa Fried Rice and Nikkei-Style Tostadas de Pescado, influenced by the vibrant communities of Chinese and Japanese immigrants across South America. Gaucho-grilled steaks, chicken and seafood served with Pan-Latin sauces round out the offerings.
